Genesis

Tom Suprash founded Garçons Jeunes in 2020, in Rouen. At the start, a simple urge: to do things differently, and to build himself inside the world of clothing, which already obsessed him.

The name is a plural, and that is no accident. Tom has always moved with the same crew, his childhood friends. Garçons Jeunes is for them. The ones from here, who never left, driven by the same ambition.

For two years the label finds its feet. Then 2023 marks a turning point: a new artistic direction, truer to itself, where Tom finally sees where he wants to go.

In 2024 he opens his shop. He meets Enzo, who becomes his partner and with whom he builds the Garçons Jeunes of today. Armand joins them, and with him the first tailored pieces. Design by Tom, development by Enzo, sewing by Armand. There are three of them now, and the workshop takes shape around them. Daily work, grown piece by piece: Japanese selvedge denim, garments finished by hand.

The ambition never changed: to build a real label. It took five years. Not to look like the others, but to become a house.

The house

Garçons Jeunes is an independent house based in Rouen, dedicated to garments drawn from heritage clothing and artisanal craft.

Our pieces are made by hand, in small runs, in our own workshop. Some are produced only once an order is placed.
