These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website https://www.garconsjeunes.com, hereinafter “the Website”.
Browsing the Website implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.
They apply to the use of the Website only. The purchase of products is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are separate and take precedence over this document on any matter relating to a sale.

3 – Access to the Website
The Website is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. Costs related to that access remain the responsibility of the user.
The Website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of scheduled or unscheduled interruption, in particular for maintenance purposes or in the event of force majeure.
Garçons Jeunes may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time, without compensation. This does not affect orders already placed.
4 – Customer account
Creating an account is optional. An order may be placed without one.
When an account is created, the user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Access to the account is personal. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out through their account.
Any suspected unauthorised use must be reported without delay to contact@garconsjeunes.com.
Garçons Jeunes may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, fraud, or attempted fraud. Where an account is closed, any order already paid for is honoured or refunded.
